Australia Rome

Today depart from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth for Rome!

Day 2

Rome

Welcome to Rome! Upon arrival, a transfer will be provided. Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall to take you to your hotel and provide all the local information of the area you will be staying at and how to get around to the historic city centre. (Hotel Check-in Time is 2PM) 

In the evening, a transfer will be provided to the via Cavour area. Let this hidden corner of Rome take you away from the crowds and blend into this pretty neighbourhood, stroll in the narrow cobblestone streets, the colourful buildings dripping with ivy, and balconies enlivened with geraniums. Enjoy some typical Italian cuisine and bar hopping (own expense) before returning to the hotel.

Day 3

Rome

Get ready to explore some of the richest histories in the world today with a scenic tour of the “The Eternal City”. We will visit the tiny state of the Vatican. Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world.  You will be able to visit the famous St Peter's Basilica.  We offer access to the Imperial Forums (entrance included), an extraordinary architectural complex comprising grand buildings and monumental squares, which served as the hub of political affairs in ancient Rome. 

In the evening, a transfer service will be provided to Trastevere area, here you will find restaurants serving different cuisines (own expense).  Return to the hotel around 9PM.

Day 4

Rome Florence

A beautiful scenic drive in the morning to Florence. Upon arrival, you will visit the most famous lookouts for a stunning view of Florence - the Piazzale Michelangelo. Then followed by a city tour in Florence before Lunch. In the evening, enjoy an orientation tour with a local expert and walk through the historic centre and attractions including the Duomo, Piazza Della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Straw Market and Museum. Enjoy a free evening to spend as you wish (own expenses).

Day 5

Florence Venice

After breakfast, departure from Florencia to Venice, along the way we will enjoy the stunning mountain landscapes whilst crossing the Apennine Mountains to Venice. In Venice, we prepare to be awestruck this afternoon with an incredible adventure through the beautiful city canals on a local water bus (Vaporetto) and cross the Giudecca to the Island of Venice. We'll start by exploring the magnificent St. Mark's Square with the assistance of a local guide. Following that, we'll head to the Murano Glass Factory, where we'll witness the captivating process of crafting this ancient glass. Afterward, you'll have some free time to wander and discover at your own pace. Accommodations will be provided in the Mestre district.

Day 6

Venice Innsbruck Kitzbuhel

Today we will travel across Italy's longest river via Po Valley to Austria and arrive into Innsbruck around mid-day. We will spend our lunch at this historic centre of Innsbruck. We will continue our journey along a panoramic road between the mountains to Kitzbuhel. Enjoy the beautiful breathtaking little village and the well-known fashionable winter ski resort. Delving into this picturesque area at your leisure before dinner (dinner included with vegetarian option possible). 

Note:  In case of a few travellers on the trip, the journey from Venice to Innsbruck may be travel by a train.

Day 7

Kitzbuhel Salzburg  St. Wolfgang  Vienna

We'll start our day with a cable car ride up to Steinplatte, where we'll enjoy stunning alpine scenery and a dinosaur exhibition. Then, we'll explore Salzburg's UNESCO-listed historic center before journeying through picturesque landscapes to St. Wolfgang and Traunkirchen. A scenic cruise on Traunsee Lake will offer views of four castles before we head to Vienna, arriving in the evening.

Day 8

Vienna

At 9AM, we'll kick off our day in Vienna with a comprehensive city tour lasting approximately 2.5 hours. We'll explore the iconic landmarks such as Ringstrasse, Vienna's main boulevard, the Opera House, and catch glimpses of the Hofburg Palace from the outside. Our route will take us through the picturesque Prater Gardens, and we'll admire the exteriors of Belvedere and Schonbrunn Castles. In the evening, we’ll also provide a transfer to Grinzing, a charming wine-growing village within the city, known for its traditional taverns. Enjoy free time to dine in one of its typical restaurants (own expenses).

Day 9

Vienna Budapest

Arriving in Hungary at lunchtime to discover the wonders of “Queen of the Danube” as you savour the beauty of both Buda and Pest, which lie on opposite sides of the Danube on a two-hour discovery tour. You will be visiting the main sights including Heroes’ Square, the Parliament, the Opera House, and Fishermen’s Bastion.  After lunch, we enjoy a scenic river cruise along the Danube River (boat tour admission included); enjoy superb views of the city and overlooking the Parliament. After cruise concluded, spending your free time to explore this beautiful city before transferred to Vaci Utca area for dinner (own expense).

Day 10

Budapest Bratislava Prague

We will travel from Budapest to Bratislava after breakfast, the capital of Slovakia and a city alongside the Danube with an attractive historic centre. Follow by a short city tour. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Prague, Czech Republic estimation arriving in the evening. A transfer will be provided to the Old Town Square where is full of energy and touristic activities. You will have time to stroll along this marvellous place and dine before you return to the hotel.

Day 11

Prague City Tour

Comprehensive three and a half hour tour starts off by visiting the capital city, which is the Baroque jewel of Europe. A local expert who will provide a guided city tour which will start from Prague Castle (admission included).  As the Castle is located on top of the hill you will walk by St Nicholas Church, Charles Bridge, St Vitus Cathedral and the Astronomical clock to the old town whilst being explained the fine history of these important monuments. The city tour is then followed by a cruise along the river Vltara (boat tour included). Free time to explore the city in the afternoon with some authentic local cuisine (own expense) at leisure. Transfer back to the hotel around 830PM – 930PM.

Day 12

Prague Lauf Wurzburg Frankfurt

Leave Prague for Frankfurt with a quick visit to Pilsen, in the region of West Bohemia which is renowned for its beers. Time for a walk through its historic centre where we find the Great Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column and a Renaissance-era town hall. We will then cross into Germany where we will follow a section of the so-called "Romantic Route". Next, we will visit Rothemburg, a town that seems to come straight out of a fairy tale and is one of the most beautiful villages in the country. We travel to Frankfurt after lunch and enjoy your evening at leisure to explore the historic centre and return to the hotel for check-in after dinner (own expense).

Day 13

Frankfurt Cologne Amsterdam

We embark on a cruise (boat ride included) along the romantic Rhine from Frankfurt and take in the UNESCO-listed wonders of the Rhine Valley between the villages of Rudesheim and St. Goar. Next, you will travel to Cologne, a city which stands out for its immense Gothic cathedral and we continue to travel to our final destination of Amsterdam.

Day 14

Zaanse Schans Windmills and Volendam Tour

Visit one of the most iconic traditional windmills and a scenic drive through the Dutch countryside to the village of Zaanse Schans. the world-famous fishing villages of Volendam, on a short boat trip we will go to Marken, an island that was united to the mainland by a fixed dyke, their characteristic wooden houses were built on stilts. Having lunch before joining a comprehensive tour with our local guide. The tour finishes in the Museum Quarter, we will visit a diamond factory to see the thrill of the diamond polishing process (ticket included) in Amsterdam.   

In the evening, we will provide a transfer service to the red light district of Rembrandtplein, with its liberal values and its many restaurants nearby where you can try out a Dutch Cuisine.

Day 15

Amsterdam Bruges Paris

Departing Amsterdam at 830 AM, we make our way to Belgium. By noon time, we arrive in Bruges, renowned as the "Venice of the North" for its charming canals. Explore its cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and romantic bridges. Ascend the Belfry for panoramic views or indulge in Belgian chocolate and craft beer. Resuming our journey in the late afternoon and reaching Paris in the late evening.

Day 16

Paris City Tour

Exploring the unforgettable attractions of Versailles (admission not included), the extraordinary gardens and opulent palace are both on UNESCO's list of World Heritage Sites. Around lunch time, we return to Paris and transfer to Montmartre district and taking a small cable car (included), we then ascend by funicular to the hill and admire the spectacular view of Paris from the top. This neighbourhood is known for its painters, artists, and its cabarets. Sit down for lunch and enjoy a magical atmosphere. Lastly, a scenic guided tour will take place to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris.

Day 17

Paris Rouen

In the morning, a guided orientation tour to discover the history and monuments of Paris. Ascend to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower (Ticket included) for a breathtaking view of the city then followed by a boat cruise (Boat ticket included) along the Seine River. Spend the rest of the day exploring the sights that interest you.  

Approximately at 4PM, we leave Paris for Rouen and visit the city with its houses with half-timbered walls, winding medieval lanes, gothic churches and the fine art museum. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation in the city.    

Note: Please be advised that due to potentially lengthy queues for ascending the Eiffel Tower, alternative arrangements may be made for the climb, such as scheduling it for a different time or on a Sunday, as deemed convenient for organizational purposes.

Day 18

Rouen Canterbury London

After breakfast, a bit of free time before we set off to the northern side of France. Arrive at the port of Calais where you will take a ferry crossing the English Channel to Canterbury, the religious capital of England where it was a pilgrimage site in the Middle Ages. This medieval centre with cobbled streets is surrounded by ancient walls that were originally built by the Romans. Continuation to London and you will arrive in the evening. Before we are heading off to the hotel, we will spend some time in the beautiful Tower Bridge area to see it lit up and have dinner in one the restaurants of the area.

London

In the early morning, embark on a comprehensive two-and-a-half-hour tour guided by a knowledgeable local expert. Explore iconic landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Square, Oxford Street, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, and potentially witness the renowned Changing of the Guard ceremony, contingent upon the season.

The afternoon presents an opportunity for leisurely pursuits of your choosing.
