Thank you for getting in touch with Traveldream.
We are currently experiencing a very high volume of calls and emails due to the ongoing Covid-19 epidemic. Rest assured that our Melbourne-based support team is doing whatever they can to work through all queries and will provide solutions to you as soon as possible.
The Australian Government currently has an indefinite ban on international travel in place. Please find some further information on the Smart Traveller website HERE.
  1. If you were scheduled to depart during this period, then your arrangements will no longer be going ahead and your funds have been placed on credit to be used on travel in the future. 
  2. If your departure is for after that time, then it will be reviewed at a later stage. 
All arrangements are non refundable. Thank you so much for your patience during this difficult time, we will be in touch as soon as we have better clarification from the Government bodies and tour operators. 
Please also note we are currently only working on customers scheduled to depart within the next 14 days. If your departure is greater than 14 days, we ask for a little more understanding than usual. 
We will be in touch, it just won't be instant.
