Fly away on a private jet to South Australia and Victoria’s most delicious gourmet regions. Fly from Melbourne to the stunning western Flinders Ranges, where guests will discover how chefs utilise local game and indigenous produce. Then meander through the lush wine regions of the Clare Valley and Barossa, where you will meet the vignerons, growers, artisans and local characters (and, of course, indulge in plenty of tastings).
The deluxe, historic and highly awarded (and freshly renovated) country mansion, Kingsford Homestead, will be exclusively yours for the night, complete with your own private chef and house staff. Wake up and visit one of Australia’s seafood meccas - the breath-taking Eyre Peninsula – and enjoy Oysters fresh from the ocean. They literally don’t get fresher than that.
Every day a new discovery, every meal a distinct gastronomic adventure.
